I love that picture of grandpa with Vasilia. It reminds me of how God holds us in the palm of HIs hand. It's so comforting to know dad/gpa- is peacefully in God's hands too.

May his memory be eternal.

I am so thankful that Kirsten got to know her Great-Grandpa Gator a little bit, at least. I am so grateful for the legacy of faith he leaves behind.

I ask Kirsten where Gator is, and she says "with [Theo]tokos".

Out of the mouths of babes...

Love,
Carrie

Beautiful photo to remember by (I am staggered by the number of grand-babies, wow, God is Good! :)
May Gator rest in peace and watch over all his loved ones: my kids also remember him as a kind and loving man with a sense of humor-they really liked both your grandparents! What a blessing to know (or have known) them. Thank you for the picture and the link!
God bless, Helen

Just read the obit. Interesting to note that Gator graduated from the same seminary my husband did! Though quite a bit earlier!
