Steve's roomate's dad passed away unexpectedly yesterday morning. Please, if you remember Steve's friend, named Dave, pray for him. I don't know what his father's name was, but I'd met him several times and he was an unusually kind and gentle man.
*sigh* Please pray for Steve, that God may use him to be a good, compassionate friend during this extremely tough time. It's agonizing to watch a friend experience such a huge loss.
May his memory be eternal.

Thanks for the post Katie and everyone, for their prayers. May the good Lord have mercy on us all, and let us all remember that death can strike at any time, so we must always be ready for it.

May God's Goodness and Grace surround Dave and his family. I am thankful that God has given him a sensitive compassionate room mate to "Be" with in his time of grief.
