8 Things I am looking forward to:

1. My baby's first birthday next week!
2. A family b-day trip to the zoo for said baby
3. Coffee tomorrow morning
4. The next hypothetical sewing project
5. Bed tonight
6. Prayers tonight
7. Mother's Day
8. A weekend away with Job, sans kids! Not in my immediate future.... one day! :D

8 Things I did yesterday:


1. Babysat
2. Gave haircuts to V. and her little buddy who I babysit (his mom asked!)
3. Made meals
4. Walked in the rain with the girls
5. Picked out some vintage linens at the thrift store
6. Cleaned up kitchen three times
7. Stopped by library
8. Hung out at the local bookstore with the girls

8 Things I wish I could do:

1. Have it all figured out and do the right and true thing, all of the time
2. Speak a foreign language fluently (or several)
3. Lead a successful art career with little to no effort
4. Live within a five mile radius to everything and everyone I love
5. Live near the beach
6. Get a dog(s) and or cat(s)
7. Vacation :D
8. Play an instrument proficiently


8 Shows I Watch

1. The Office
2. Blazers/ basketball games in general
3. Library kids' videos: currently "Arthur" and "The Best of Elmo" :D
.....that's it for now, I think. If my cousin makes it on America's Next Top Model, I'll probably watch it next season :D hehehe. We'll see.

there's a "best" of elmo? it's all best! everything he touches turns to gold! (or rather, turns red & furry?)

are your kids into green elmo yet? i hear green elmo likes to recycle. :)
